The Background:
CRACKD Coffee is the brainchild of two ex-baristas, who love good coffee and gaming.
They’ve worked hard with their supplier to put together a number of different coffee blends, aimed at helping gamers gain an advantage on the field, and be the best they can be.
With a high quality product, they set off to bring their game-changing coffee to the world
What we did:
Store Design: CRACKD Coffee has a very unique and engaging brand which needed to be reflected throughout the site. To achieve what they wanted, we had to make custom theme changes to ensure that the customer experience was exactly as they wanted
Subscriptions: While one off sales were great for CRACKD Coffee, their main goal was to get their customers signed up to their hassle free subscription, to get their favourite blend delivered to their door every month. We developed a bespoke subscription model for them, allowing them to carefully manage their subscribed customers to offer them the best deals
Rewards Program: CRACKD Coffee wanted to reward their loyal customers, so we developed and launched their reward program which allows customers to collect ‘beans’ with every purchase and redeem them on future orders. Tying in features like rewards for social posts and even a birthday gift, it’s a rewarding program for anyone who orders.
Going forward:
We’re working with the CRACKD Coffee team to help them use their customer interactions to inform decisions about future products, and are helping them launch their own affiliate program too.
