How we do it
Consultation
We’ll spend some time with you to explore your ideas and requirements.
This will let us fully understand what our goal is and will let us think about what solutions we can recommend.
Scoping
Next we’ll spend some time putting together our proposal, allowing us to give you details on what solutions are available.
We’ll also detail how much work we expect this to be, and any associated costs for the project.
Building
Once we’ve got the go-ahead, we’ll start working on your project. Depending on the scope and scale of your project, we’ll adapt our delivery to match.
We may take a more agile approach to larger projects, or some projects might need a more traditional approach. You’ll be kept up to date every step of the way.
Review
You’ll get the opportunity at key points in the project to see how we’re progressing and we can take into account any tweaks and changes that are needed (where possible) as we go along.
Once we’re done, we’ll do a proper handover with you with associated documentation if applicable.
Checking In
We’ll check in with you shortly after your project has finished to make sure you’re getting on well.
This will be your opportunity to ask any questions you have and we’ll make sure that you’re set for the future.
Ongoing Success
We don’t like saying goodbye at the end of the project.
We offer ongoing consultancy arrangements and ad-hoc consultancy arrangements after the project has finished.

We’re part of the ‘Shopify Partners’ program and hold the credentials of a certified Partner.
This not only means that we know the system inside and out (and have taken the exams to prove it), but we have extra access to resources and support to make sure we get you up and running quickly.
