The Background:
Jess started an Instagram account (LoftNQ) to show off how home furnishings don’t have to be expensive to look good. Her efforts quickly got her noticed by a number of publications and the account took off.
As a strong advocate of making rented spaces feel like home, she couldn’t find products of the quality she was looking for, so JesRose vinyl was born. She designs, prints, and ships her vinyl coverings that are safe to be applied on most surfaces, allowing those living in rented flats a new way to make their home their own.
Her site has been featured in newspapers, magazines, and blogs the world over and has a hugely loyal social media following too.
What we did:
Store Design: We helped Jess design her online store using the Shopify Platform. We imported and structured her products to ensure they were easily found and built custom FAQ and customer-centric pages.
Social Integration: Social media was the obvious key entry point to her site, so we made sure that her Instagram page helped funnel customers to the Shopify store through her Instagram posts.
Customer Service: We helped to streamline the customer service process to ensure that customers were happy, but Jess wasn’t overrun with emails. We launched the Freshdesk integration with Shopify to help with this
Courier Integrations: Royal Mail was the original postage option for Jess but they couldn’t offer the service that was required cost effectively. We worked with Jess and with the courier DPD to negotiate a contract and launch the courier service that significantly reduced the time from printing to delivery for customers.
Going forward:
We now consult for Jess on a regular basis, helping amend and adapt her store as her hugely successful brand goes from strength to strength. We provide Jess with various analytics from store and social data, to help advise on future products and promotions.
